Established in 2018 by Stephen Mendham, through continued success and repeat business, CoBuild Norfolk Ltd now operates as a main contractor, completing commercial building projects all over East Anglia.
With over eighteen years experience working in the main contractor sector, Stephen has industry recognised qualifications including an NVQ level 6 in construction management, BTEC in construction and Site Managers Safety Training Scheme certification to name a few.
All of our trades are vetted and fully insured to ensure we offer the best possible service. We are proud to be CHAS accredited and also members of the Eastern Building Safety Group.
At CoBuild, we take safety and responsibility seriously. We carry full insurance for peace of mind on every project, including:
Public liability cover up to £5,000,000
Employers’ liability cover up to £10,000,000
